Did you really just hit the snooze button that many times? How can it already be a half -hour before school starts? Is it even possible to get ready in that much time? Don’t let the mornings that call for a little extra rest get you down. Utilize these basic beauty tips when you’re running late but don’t want to look like a slacker:
Use dry shampoo on days when you have greasy hair but no time to shower. Go for a messy-chic hair-do with a loose braid or bun. If you want to wear your hair down, spritz a little salt spray for a casual back-from-the-beach look.
Save time on makeup by skipping heavy eyeliner and mascara. Wear a bright lip color instead.
Make your eyes look brighter when you’re feeling half asleep by applying a little white liner to the corner of your eye.
Pull together a sloppy outfit of jeans and a t-shirt simply by adding your favorite scarf, bulky jewelry or fun shoes. Or, for more flair, swap your jeans for a skirt.
Squirt a little body spray as you run out the door to ensure you smell fresh.
