The scriptures highlight the spiritual attribute of humility pretty heavily. Not only has God called us to be humble in spirit, humility is a reflection of His character. But how are we to emulate humility when we can’t easily see it? Let’s take a look at Phillipians 2.
How important do you think the Bible is? Is it important enough to you to make it a priority? The majority of us approach the Bible as an aftermath. We read it, study it and think about it’s teachings when it’s convenient or after we’ve finished with everything else on our “to-do” list for the day. We see entertainment and our personal interests as more important than the Word of God.
